Brief info

Aanii I’m Stacey Ettawageshik a member of the Little Traverse Bay Bands of Odawa Indians in Petoskey, MI. I am the Domestic Violence Project Coordinator for Victim Support Services within in the Department of Human Services at LTBB. Before working for the tribe I was a Domestic Violence Counselor/Advocate for the Women’s Resource Center of Northern Michigan. It has been a goal of
mine to work for my own tribe and make a difference. I received my Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from Grand Valley State University, April 2012 and my Masters of Social Work from Michigan State University in 2018. I am very compassionate about empowering native women and striving to end domestic and sexual violence. I am honored to be a part of such an effective coalition.
